I put together my own diet schedule that does not contain sugar, flour, pasta or bread.
Instead of sugar, I use dates, instead of bread, different buns, tortillas and crackers, and instead of pasta, slices of zucchini or carrots.
The recipes consist of nuts, a lot of vegetables, meat mostly chicken breast and turkey and fish. The diet is Mediterranean.
The recipes are designed to be continued one day after another. For example, we can eat the leftovers from dinner for breakfast.
I cook simply without too many ingredients.
