Unlike most, I started my diet today, when summer is almost over. I decided to eliminate sugar, bread, and pasta from my diet.
Breakfast: Omelette
Lunch:Bolognese with Zucchini (the diet started spontaneously, so I didn’t prepare too much for my family, I added spaghetti to the sauce, instead of pasta, we can use zucchini spaghetti)
Dinner: I baked Lchf buns on which I arranged cheese and vegetables (pepper, salad…)
