Second day on the diet

Yesterday, while I was making the Bolognese sauce, I made more so that I would have Lasagna Bolognese with zucchini or eggplant for today.

Breakfast: Buns Lchf with vegetables (avocado, pepper, onion, tomato, olive oil and a little salt or vegetables or salads of your choice).

Lunch: Lasagna Bolognese with zucchini or eggplant

Dinner: Seed crackers with cheese and vegetables
