Avocado pâté

Ingredients

  • 1 Piece
    Avocado
  • 20 Grams
    Cashews
  • 40 Grams
    Grated Parmesan -cheese
  • 2 Pieces
    Clove of garlic
  • 10 Slices
    Fresh basil
  • 3 Tablespoons
    Olive oil
  • 1 Pinch
    Salt

Instructions

  1. Clean the avocado and put it into a food processor, add cashews and season it with olive oil, garlic, fresh basil, water and salt according to your taste.
    As an option, add parmesan to it. The pâté will become very nice. ;)

    You can keep the prepared pâté in the fridge for up to 2 days.
