Ingredients

    chicken breast
  • 1 Piece
    cabbage
  • 6 Pieces
    peppers
  • 250 Millilitres
    cooking cream, or Mileram
  • 1 Teaspoon
    mustard
  • 1 Pinch
    salt, pepper, sweet pepper, oregano, ...
  • olive oil

Instructions

    Preparation: Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces. Cut the cabbage into circles, approximately 1 centimeter thick. Halve the peppers.

    Seasoning: Season the chicken, cabbage, and peppers with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika. Drizzle olive oil over everything to ensure they're well-coated.

    Baking: Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Arrange the chicken, cabbage, and peppers in a baking dish or tray. Bake for 30 minutes.

    Sauce Preparation: While the chicken and cabbage are baking, prepare the sauce by mixing the cooking cream and mustard in a bowl.

    Final Baking: After the initial 30 minutes, pour the mustard cream sauce over the cabbage and chicken. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown.
