Chia Seed Pudding

If you are into Power-Food, you surely should try this simple one!

I eat this pudding with banana and/or jam, but you could although add some fruits or nuts to it. 🙂


Ingredients

  • 250 Millilitres
    Water or milk from almonds or coconut milk
  • 3 Tablespoons
    Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Honey
  • 1 Piece
    Banana, Kiwi or fruit by choice

Instructions

  1. To start, put the Chia Seeds in a bowl that will fit at least 300ml of liquid and pour the water, milk from almonds or coconut milk over it.
    Almost done, now leave the bowl with the floating seeds overnight in the fridge to thicken.

    Next day, take the mixture out of the fridge add some honey, bananas, kiwi, or any other ingredients you might like with...

    Yes the simpler the better...now enjoy your healthy power breakfast!
