Crispy Oven-Fried Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 800 Grams
    Chicken Breasts
  • 80 Grams
    Spelt flour
  • 80 Grams
    Oatmel or bread crumbs
  • 2 Pieces
    Eggs
  • 1 Pinch
    Salt

Instructions

  1. First, cut the chicken chest into thin sticks.

    Put flour in a pot, beat the eggs in a separate bowl and put the oatmeal (or plain dry bread crumbs) in an additional pot.

    Dredge the chicken breasts sticks in flour, dip each floured breast into the beaten eggs, and finally press them gently into the oatmeal.

    Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

    Place the coated chicken breasts on baking paper covered baking tray and sprinkle them with a little olive oil.

    Let them bake for about 15 minutes, turn each chicken breast over and continue baking until the chicken pieces are no longer pink inside and the coating is crisp for about 15 additional minutes.
