Eggplant Chips

Instead of eggplant you can make chips with Sweet potatoes, Butternut squash, carrots! Depending on what you like!

Ingredients

  • 2
    Medium eggplants
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. First Slice a firm eggplant.
    Arrange it on baking paper and only as single layer.
    Cover the eggplant with olive oil and sprinkle it with some salt (if you want, you can season it with garlic, chili and cumin depending on your taste).
    Bake the Eggplant at 220 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes or more, occasionally stir and continue baking until the vegetable turns golden brown.
    Finally let the chips cool down a bit and enjoy your healthy snack.
