    Medium zucchini or eggplant
  • 1 Pinch
    Salt, chili, oregano, garlic powder
  • 150 Grams
    Grated cheese of your choice or cream cheese

    Fry the Vegetables:

    In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil. Fry the zucchini or eggplant slices until they're slightly golden and cooked through. Remove them from the pan and set aside.

    Layering the Dish:
    Start by placing a layer of zucchini or eggplant slices at the bottom of a baking dish.
    Spread a layer of bolognese sauce over the vegetable slices.
    Continue layering in this manner, alternating between the vegetable slices and bolognese sauce, until all the ingredients are used.

    Cheese Topping and Baking:
    Sprinkle the grated cheese over the topmost layer.

    Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).

    Bake the layered dish in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes or until the cheese melts and becomes golden.
