Lchf almond crackers – instead of bread
This lchf and gluten free – crackers are delicious and super simple to make they additionally fit perfect if you are following an Lchf Diet.

Instructions
Place almonds, salt, water, olive or coconut oil and baking powder in a food processor.
Blend all these ingredients together until a daugh forms.
Place the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll it out until 1/16 inch thick.
Cut it into 2 inch squares using a pizza cutter or a knife.
Now Bake the dough in your oven at 170° Celsius for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.Serve. :)
Instead of water you can try the following: Yogurt, kefir, fresh cheese.
You can also experiment with some spices such as: chili powder, oregano, garlic...
