Low-carb tortilla or pizza crust (with our version of healthy kebab)

Our version of a healthy kebab is low-carb and wrapped in this soft tortilla.
4 – pieces – Turkey breasts – (they should be nice and thin), olive oil or butter, sea salt, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne pepper.
Vegetables for your kebab: fresh cabbage, onions, red pepper, tomatoes, green salad
1) Put some olive oil or butter in a large grill pan or a cast iron skillet. Heat over high heat.
Cut turkey breasts into thin rods and place them carefully into the hot oil.
Add any additional fresh or dried spices.
The outside of the meat should be nicely browned.
2) Cut up fresh vegetables that you like into long thin sticks. My selection is fresh cabbage, onions, red pepper, tomatoes and green salad.
3)Â Tzatziki sauce.
4) Now wrap the Roasted turkey meat, fresh chopped vegetables into a tortilla and top it with your tzatziki sauce.

Preheat your oven for about 200 degrees Celsius.
Now take a medium bowl and grate mozzarella cheese into it.
Add parmesan cheese, garlic powder, basil, salt and the eggs.Stir the mixture very well with a sturdy spoon for at least a full minute or until everything is well combined and the eggs are evenly distributed.
Put a backing sheet on your baking tray, pour the mixture into it and spread the combination evenly with a fork.
Evenly spread, place it into the oven on the center rack and allow it to bake for about 15 minutes.
When is crust golden - not dark brown - remove it from the oven and you're done!
Finally, place all of your chosen toppings onto it!
