Paprika Spread

Perfect for a healthy and simple breakfast, or maybe as an addition to your next lunch or brunch. 😉


Ingredients

  • 3 Pieces
    Red paprika
  • 2 Pieces
    Yellow paprika
  • 4 Pieces
    Clove of garlic
  • 6 Tablespoons
    Olive oil
  • 1 Pinch
    Salt, chili, oregano, garlic powder

Instructions

  1. First to shorten the preparation time, preheat your oven at 200 degrees Celsius.

    Now wash and slice the paprikas into half and chop up the garlic.

    Place the paprika on a baking tray with baking paper and spread the garlic over it.
    Next, drizzle the paprikas with olive oil and add other spices of your choice (salt, oregano, chili…).

    It's time to put everything into the oven for about 20 minutes, or until softened.

    When ready, transfer the paprika mix from the baking tray into a blender or use an immersion blender to puree the ingredients.

    Finally, your Paprika Spread is ready to Enjoy!
