Pâté of fish fillets

Very simple with an amazing taste for your breakfast!


Ingredients

  • 200 Grams
    Fish fillets
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Olive oil
  • 3 Pieces
    Cloves garlic
  • 5 Pieces
    Fresh parsley
  • 150 Millilitres
    Cream cheese
  • Salt,pepper

Instructions

  1. Instructions:

    Cook the Fish: Bring a pot of water to boil. Once boiling, gently add the fish fillets. Let them cook for approximately 15 minutes or until they're fully cooked through. Adjust the cooking time based on the type and thickness of the fillets.

    Prepare the Pâté: Once the fish is cooked, drain the water. Transfer the cooked fish to a food processor.
    Add olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cream cheese, salt, and pepper to the processor.
    Blend the mixture until it becomes a smooth pâté consistency.

    Storage and Serving: Transfer the fish pâté to a suitable container with a lid. Store it in the refrigerator. Although it can last for up to 2 days, its delightful taste might tempt you to finish it earlier! ;)

    Serve with crackers, toast, or fresh vegetables. Enjoy!
