Sweet chocolate balls

Ingredients

  • 150 Grams
    Flour carob
  • 5 Pieces
    Dry dates
  • 1 Piece
    Orange
  • 4 Tablespoons
    Honey
  • 150 Grams
    Dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Rinse half of the chocolate in a pot, at low heat.

    Put the other half of the chocolate, flour carob, dates (without core), orange juice, honey into your food processor and mix them until evenly distributed.

    The mixture must be neither fluid nor hard, but medium :).

    Make small balls out of it and dip them into the dissolved chocolate.

    Place every ball on a plate and, let them cool down in the refrigerator for about an hour prior serving.

    Mmmmh, healthy.. tasty ;)
