Sweet millet porridge with apple

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup
    Golden millet
  • 2 Cups
    Water
  • 1 Piece
    Apple
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Honey
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Soak millet overnight covered by water.
    Drain and rise.
    Add 1 cup millet to a pot with 2 cup water. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the the millet is tender.
    Add grated apple, cinnamon and honey. Mix everything and enjoy.
