Teasty Almond Muffins

Your search is over, these Muffins are flour, lactose, and sugar-free.
Apart from almonds, you can also use cashews or hazelnuts!

Ideal for children who are not allergic to nuts or if you are on a lchf diet.

If you commute a lot or need a meal in between, these muffins are ideal!


Ingredients

  • 200 Grams
    almonts or nuts, mix according to your own wishes
  • 4 Pieces
    dates
  • 3 Tablespoons
    honey
  • 2 Tablespoons
    cocoa
  • 50 Grams
    dark chocolate
  • 3 Pieces
    eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon
    baking powder

Instructions

  1. To start, preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

    You can now blend all the almonds (or nut mix you choose) in a food processor for about a minute or until the nuts are fine enough, although they do not need to be like powder :)

    Done, ok, add all the other ingredients and blend it again.

    Add the mixture to a muffin-form, and to enhance the taste add a few small pieces of sugar-free chocolate to each cup.

    Place the muffin-form now into your preheated oven (mid position) and bake them for 19 minutes, or until you think they are ready.

    When done, let them cool down.
