Vegetable and meat Goulash

Ingredients

  • 600 Grams
    Turkey breast
  • 1 Piece
    Medium onion
  • 4 Pieces
    Clove of garlic
  • 1 Piece
    Red paprika
  • 2 Pieces
    Carrot
  • 1 Piece
    Medium zucchini
  • 4 Pieces
    Potatoes
  • 100 Grams
    Peas
  • 350 Grams
    Tomato sauce
  • 300 Millilitres
    Water
  • 1 Pinch
    Salt, chili, oregano

Instructions

  1. First, chop up the onion and garlic, then Cut the tomatoes, paprika and grate the carrot and the zucchini into one bowl.

    Cut the turkey breast and potatoes into small cubes.
    Place the potatoes on a separate plate for later preparation.

    Heat a large pan up and add some Olive oil or butter to it.
    Fry the meat until it gets a nice golden color.

    When the meat is done pour it into a plate and put it on the side.
    In the same pan add more Olive oil, onion, and garlic until it gets nice golden.
    Transfer everything from the pan into a larger pot and add the previously prepared vegetable mix from the bowl and add some peas to it.
    Put the meat and the potatoes from each plate to that mix into the pot.

    Season it additionally according to your taste.

    Finally, pour the tomato sauce - into the pot with all ingredients - and some water over it until everything is covered.

    Let it cook until the potatoes are done and the sauce thickens.
