Slice the onion, and grate your zucchini, carrots, and eggplant, cut paprika into a bowl.
Chop up the garlic and add it also to the bowl of vegetables.
Heat a large pan up and add some Olive oil or butter to it.
When hot, pour the vegetables into it and season it according to your taste.Stir the vegetables until softened.
When done, let the vegetables chill a bit and pour everything back into your bowl.
The next step is to break an egg into the bowl of vegetables and the parmesan cheese to it.
Stir the mix until everything is well distributed.Preheat your oven for about 200 degrees Celsius.
Make small burgers out of the vegetable mix and put them on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Finally, put them for 15 minutes in the oven, when done, enjoy.
