Vegetable Omelet

Eggs are wholesome, quick to prepare, and delicious with a variety of fillings.


Ingredients

  • 1 Piece
    Medium onions
  • 1 Piece
    Red paprika
  • 3 Pieces
    Clove of garlic
  • 2 Pieces
    Tomato
  • 4 Pieces
    Eggs
  • 1 Pinch
    Salt, chili, oregano

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes and paprika into the slices.
    Chop up the onion, garlic.

    Beat the eggs, and salt in a small bowl until blended.

    Heat a large pan up and add some Olive oil or butter to it.
    When hot, pour the vegetables into it and season it additionally according to your taste. 
    Don't forget to stir the vegetables frequently until they are softened.

    Now, remove the vegetables from the pan, and set them aside.

    Coat the bottom of the pan with a little oil, then add the eggs. 
    Let the omelet cook for about 1 minute then, while the egg is still raw on top, add the vegetable mixture to it.

    Let it cook a bit with the vegetables on top and then fold the omelet in half. Use your spatula to gently separate the edges of the omelet from the frying pan.
    Afterward, gently flip the stuffed omelet and cook for another minute.

    Finally, slide the omelet onto a plate and serve it immediately.
