"First, soak the millet overnight, ensuring it's completely submerged in water. The next day, drain and rinse the millet thoroughly. Place 1 cup of millet in a pot with 2 cups of water.
Cook for 20 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally until the millet becomes tender.
Separately, cook the vegetables until they soften. Once done, sauté them in olive oil with a touch of garlic until they're infused with the flavor. Finally, combine the millet with the sautéed vegetables and serve."
